After having the good fortune of working with Stephanie Smith, not only have I learned far more than I ever imagined, I've experienced a level of self-discovery that will most certainly help me in the job market, and beyond. Simply, Stephanie is brilliant. Rather than take a "cookie-cutter" approach to coaching, she clearly tailors her coaching to the individual. She is amazingly intuitive, and uses this skill to assess a client's skills, needs, personality, drive, and fears. Stephanie's advice is both solid and sound, and I know that the benefits of her coaching will serve me extremely well, both professionally as well as personally. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Stephanie helped me so much during a crazy transition period in my life. Her meditation advice was great - I employ it on an as-needed basis and it really sets me up for productive communication.
